Standing Seam Metal Roofing
Hidden clips, no fasteners through the face, clean lines ridge to eave.

Standing seam panels lock together over concealed clips, so nothing penetrates the surface of the roof. That removes the part of an exposed-fastener roof that ages first — hundreds of rubber washers sitting in the sun — and leaves long, uninterrupted lines from ridge to eave. It is what we run when the roof is something people actually look at.
No washers to age out
An exposed-fastener roof is only as good as its gaskets, and gaskets are the part that hardens and backs out over time. Standing seam moves the fastening under the panel, so there is nothing on the surface to maintain.
Room to move
Steel expands and contracts with the season. The clip system lets panels move instead of working against their own fasteners, which is a large part of why these roofs last as long as they do.
The roof you see from the driveway
On a house, a barndominium, or a porch roof at eye level, the difference between a clean seam and a grid of screw heads is the whole impression. That is the roof worth the upgrade.
